Thinking about not joining?
Before you
say no.
Read this.
Maybe now doesn't feel like the right time.
Maybe work is crazy. Maybe life is busy. Maybe money is tight.
Maybe you think you can figure it out yourself.
Maybe you're telling yourself you'll start Monday.
Fair enough.
But before you decide
to do nothing…
ask yourself what
doing nothing has
been costing you.
Be honest with yourself.
If nothingchanges…what changes?
Six months from now, will you be stronger?
Will you have more energy?
Will you feel betterabout the person yousee in the mirror?
Will your clothesfit differently?
Will you be morephysically capable?
Will the thingsfrustrating you todayactually be different?
Or will you be telling yourself the same thing you told yourself six months ago?
Time passingisn't a plan.
This is bigger than abs.
What do you wantyour body to stilllet you do?
There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to look better.
But eventually the question gets bigger than what the scale says.
Play with your grandkids.
Walk your daughterdown the aisle.
Take the trip.Go on the hike.
Keep hunting.Keep golfing.Keep training.
Keep up with your family.
Get on the floorand get back up.
Be in the picturesinstead of avoiding them.
Say yes when lifegives you somethingworth doing.
What do you want your body to still be capable of when those moments arrive?
You can't control everything about getting older. Nobody can.
But that doesn't mean you should ignore the things you can work on today.
It usually doesn’t happen all at once.
You don'twake up old.
It happens slowly.
Training becomes inconsistent. A few pounds become more. Strength starts slipping.
Your energy isn't what it used to be. Things that once felt easy start requiring more effort.
You start sitting things out. You start telling yourself: “That's just getting older.”
And little by little, you start accepting a lower standard from your body.
Another year passes. Then another.
You don’t have to panic
about getting older.
But pretending the
direction doesn’t matter
isn’t a plan.
30.
40.
50.
60.
The numberisn't the point. The direction is.
If you're 30, you don't need to wait until 50 to start caring.
If you're 40, the decisions you're making now are shaping how you arrive at 50.
If you're around 50, you're not finished. If you're past 50, you're still not finished.
We're not trying to make you 25 again. This isn't about chasing youth.
It's about taking ownership of what you can do today to build strength, improve your fitness, improve your body composition, develop better habits and become more physically capable for the life ahead.
We're not asking youto become 25 again.
We're not asking you to live in the gym.
We're not asking you to never eat another cheeseburger.
We're not asking you to become a bodybuilder.
We're not asking you to organize your entire life around fitness.
We're asking you to stop treating your body like something you'll eventually have time to take care of.
Your body is carrying youthrough the restof your life. It's worth taking seriously.
You're allowedto say noto Savage 50.
Seriously.
Maybe Brink Physiques isn't the right fit for you. Maybe you're not ready for coaching.
Maybe another coach is a better fit. Maybe you want to build your own plan.
That's okay.
But don’t confuse
saying no to
our program
with giving yourself
permission to keep
ignoring the problem.
Do something.
Hire a coach.
Join a gym.
Start walking.
Lift weights.
Fix your nutrition.
Get stronger.
Build better habits.
Ask for help.
Start smallif you have to.
We’d rather see you take meaningful action without us than spend another year waiting for the perfect time to arrive.
“Someday”isn't a strategy.
If you do want our help…
This is whywe builtSavage 50.
Savage 50 was built around a simple idea:
Build the body now
that you want to
live in later.
Most fitness programs start with the program.
Savage 50 starts with you.
Your body.
Your goals.
Your schedule.
Your experience.
Your lifestyle.
Your starting point.
We build your training and nutrition around those realities.
You execute. We track. We adjust. You keep moving forward.
The Savage 50 system
- 01We learn you.
- 02We build your plan.
- 03You execute.
- 04We track.
- 05We adjust.
- 06You keep moving forward.
The planisn't Savage 50.The process is.
Savage 50 isn't one workout routine. It isn't one diet. It isn't a generic 12-week template.
It's personalized coaching designed to determine what you need, help you execute it, measure what's happening and adjust as you progress.
Why the name?
Because 50isn't old.
Feeling old at 50
is the problem.
Savage 50 isn't only for people who are 50. The name represents the bigger goal: build now for the years ahead.
If you're younger, don't wait until 50 to care.
If you're approaching 50, decide how you want to arrive there.
If you're already past 50, don't assume your best physical years have to automatically be behind you.
The number
isn’t the point.
The direction is.
Don’t take our word for it.
Look atthe work.
One last question.
Another year
is going to pass.
With or without
your permission.
Where do you
want to be
when it does?
Build the body
you want to
live in.
I’m ready.
